This is the title track of our new four song EP, called "Tradition".

Hardcore / Punk used to be about “Using your head” and about going against the grain. It used to be about questioning others and finding your own place. So far so good. But I believe that Hardcore / Punk could also be about questioning yourself, your own habits, your own way of life.
It is so easy to point fingers at others, it is convenient to blame others for what is going wrong in the world. But we are no blue-eyed teenagers anymore. We are all long past that phase. I know you can’t change the world with a song. (Even tough “No More” by YOT did change my life)
This is real life and we are well aware of it. So this song is meant to hopefully provoke some thoughts about our daily habits. Wise man said it before, but if you really want to make a change, start with yourself, or rather, start with your plate. You have (hopefully) full control over it. So choose wisely. The consequences of this small change can be seen and felt in a far wider range. This is what “Tradition” is about.
